Jackie O's waffles being served for Mother's Day

They are waffles fit for a first lady, but this weekend they're being made for the moms. Chefs at downtown D.C. restaurant P.J. Clarke's will be making waffles this Sunday using Jacqueline Kennedy's waffle recipe (ones she would make for JFK. Jr. and Caroline Kennedy in the '70s before lunching at the New York City P.J. Clarke's). The special waffles will be sold for $16.84 with three different toppings -- caramelized bananas, chorizo scramble, or blueberries and cream.
