Investigators with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security are seeking to identify a man accused of sexually exploiting a young girl.

A criminal complaint filed in federal court in the District charges the man as "John Doe" with producing child pornography. Investigators believe that the man is somewhere in the United States.

On May 3, Danish National Police referred four child pornography videos to U.S. Homeland Security investigators. The videos, which have date stamps from April, show "John Doe" and a girl who appears to be about 7 to 9 years old engaged in sexually explicit conduct, according to a court document.

Investigators believe that the videos were filmed in the United States because some of the videos show a bag of Rold Gold pretzels with packaging that appears to be sold exclusively in the U.S., according to court papers. The room where the videos were filmed contained guitars, speakers, a keyboard, electronic equipment and a musician stand and stool.

"John Doe" is described as a white man, 45 to 55 years old, with a heavy-set build. He is balding with a wreath of light brown hair and has a brown mustache and a beer gut.
