UPDATE, Friday morning: Keith Deangelo Bobb was arrested at about 6 p.m. Thursday after turning himself in to police.
D.C. police have made another arrest and are looking for another suspect in the drive-by shooting that wounded 13 people in the resurgent NoMa neighborhood.
Twenty-year-old Keith Deangelo Bobb of Northeast D.C. is wanted for assault with intent to kill and conspiracy to commit a crime of violence, police said. He is described as a 5-foot-10, 145-pound black male with light-to-medium complexion and long dreads.
Police have also announced a third arrest in connection with the March 11 shooting, which occurred outside a public housing apartment on North Capitol Street just south of New York Avenue NW.
D.C. police on Thursday arrested 19-year-old Andrew Davon Allen of Southeast Washington, also on charges of assault with intent to kill and conspiracy to commit a crime of violence.
Two other suspects were arrested several days after the shooting.
