D.C. police have charged a man with robbing two people at gunpoint as they dined on the patio of a Logan Circle restaurant last month.

Police, who posted a video of the robbery on YouTube last week seeking the identity of the suspect, have arrested 30-year-old James Edward Wade of Washington and charged him with armed robbery.

Police said Wade's arrest followed numerous tips from the public.

Surveillance video from the May 17 incident showed the robber walk up and casually address two diners at an outdoor table at Pizzoli's Pizzeria on 12th Street NW. The suspect then pulls out a handgun, and the customers hand over their valuables.
