As Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius began her testimony Wednesday on the botched rollout of the Obamacare website, users of Healthcare.gov were met with another error message if they tried to log in.

Rep. Marsha Blackburn, R-Tenn., put the error message on the committee hearing screen during her questioning of Sebelius.

"This is what is happening right now with this website, we've had somebody in the back trying to sign on," Blackburn said. "It is down, it is not working."

When questioned by Blackburn about the cost of the website, Sebelius revealed that $118 million has been spent on the website and $56 million on information technology support.
