Alec Baldwin may be trying to play it cool regarding his recently canceled show on MSNBC, but he's still trying to reconcile that knowing that his former colleague Martin Bashir is still on the air.
Baldwin's show was canceled after the actor used a gay slur to shout down a photographer, but Bashir is still on MSNBC after he made crude remarks about Sarah Palin.
"Martin Bashir's on the air, and he made his comment on the air!" a frustrated Baldwin said in an interview with Jen Carlson of Gothamist.
"[T]here's nothing you can do when you get thrown in this washing machine, nothing. You know? Nothing," Baldwin added referring to the media uproar over his comments. "All you end up doing is just defending yourself all day long."
