A Hillcrest Heights man already in custody for the death of an Alexandria activist will be charged with first-degree murder in two more Prince George's County slayings, police said Monday.

Tyrone Lewis, 26, faces murder charges for the deaths of a 17-year-old Hillcrest Heights resident in 2011 and a cab driver shot in Capitol Heights in 2005.

Justin Isaacs, 17, was fatally shot outside his home in Hillcrest Heights in October 2011, and Edmund Akofio Sowah, 45, was shot to death while inside his cab in January 2005.

Lewis was charged in February with the murder of Alexandria resident Lenwood Harris, whose body was found at the bottom of a well in Fort Washington in January, after he'd been reported missing since September 2011.
