Crew shoots into a crowd, killing Jordan Howe, 20, and wounding two others, ages 15 and 22.

7:20 p.m., Traveling in rental van, the crew -- including Robert Bost -- shoots and kills Tavon Nelson, 17, near South Capitol Street.
7:25 p.m., Wearing ninja-style masks, Orlando Carter, Best, Bost and Simms pull up to group mourning Howe's death. Orlando lowers the van's windows while Best, Bost and Simms spray the crowd with bullets. Three teens are killed, six others are wounded.
