From the desk of Senators-are-just-like-us, we caught Sen. Scott Brown, R-Mass., hauling his dry cleaning back toward his office at the Dirksen Senate Office Building around lunchtime on Wednesday.

On Tuesday night, former NFL linebacker and Travel Channel host Dhani Jones had dinner at Ping Pong Dim Sum's Dupont location. The Potomac native and host of "Dhani Tackles the Globe," tried the char sui buns and sampled some new items from Ping Pong's summer menu, which officially launches on Monday. According to his Twitter account, he also stopped by the nearby Buffalo Billiards to watch the Boston Celtics beat the Miami Heat in game five of the NBA Eastern Conference Finals.

Finally, in what must have been a very interesting mentor-mentee moment, new Redskins quarterback Robert Griffin III, otherwise known as RG3, was spotted having dinner Monday night at Old Ebbitt Grill with Redskins coach Mike Shanahan and retired NFL great Shannon Sharpe.
