Bernie Sanders supporters just took campaign swag to another level with release of the new “Bernie Bowl” — perfect for the pothead who wants to “feel the Bern” while blazing.
The Center for Public Integrity reported that the “Bernie Bowls” were created by millennial supporter Ariel Zimman of Portland, Oregon, and are being distributed by the Stonedware Company.

“Bernie Bowls” are currently sold out, but will cost $60 apiece when they’re back in stock. Zimman has stated that she intends to give 10 percent of the proceeds to the Sanders campaign.

“It was really just a way to show my support for him as a candidate,” Zimman told the Center for Public Integrity. “People love [the pipes], and once they hear they are contributing in some way to the campaign, they are all about that too.”
It would seem obvious that people who are supporting Bernie Sanders are also fond of mind-altering drugs.
Unfortunately for Zimman you’re not legally allowed to sell an item by promoting that part of the proceeds with go to a political candidate.
“If I was advising one of these vendors, I would probably advise them to be a little less specific in their solicitation,” said Larry Noble, a former lawyer for the Federal Election Commission who now works at the Campaign Legal Center.
