Former Alabama congressman-turned Republican resident of Virginia Artur Davis is definitely thinking of running for a house seat in the Old Dominion.  Specifically, he is thinking of the 10th congressional district.

“Well, if Frank Wolfe ever retires, maybe…” he told the Washington Examiner at the 2013 Conservative Political Action Conference when asked if he was considering a congressional run in his new home state.

He said he was looking at other nearby districts as well, but noted that the northern Virginia region in general has become more Democratic. “You’d never think this was once the conservative region, would you?” he said.
