The Austrian Olympic Committee has filed a complaint with the IOC about the timing of a doping test for Alpine skier Elisabeth Goergl late Tuesday, the night before the women's downhill race at the Sochi Games. Goergl, the 2011 downhill world champion, finished 16th in the race that started at 11 a.m.
