Let freedom belt it out: Barry Manilow, "American Idol"-winning country singer Scotty McCreery, "Glee" star Darren Criss, "Smash" and Broadway star Megan Hilty and young classical singer Jackie Evancho will sing for the District on Independence Day at this year's Capitol Fourth concert. John Williams will conduct orchestra music from the movie "Lincoln," and "Dancing With the Stars" emcee Tom Bergeron will again host the event.

The free concert, staged on the West Lawn of the Capitol, will also air live on PBS on July 4 starting at 8 p.m., followed by fireworks.
