LOUISVILLE, Ky. (AP) — A popular Beatles tribute festival takes place again this weekend in Louisville.
Abbey Road on the River is scheduled for Thursday through Monday at areas along the Ohio River in downtown Louisville.
More than 65 bands from around the world are on the list to perform not only Beatles music, but all sorts of music from the '60s.
This will be the ninth consecutive year for the festival in Louisville. It was held for three years before that in Cleveland, Ohio.
Among the notable musicians scheduled to perform are Herman's Hermits and rocker Leon Russell. There will also be an opportunity to meet Tony Bramwell, former CEO of Apple Records.
