A former Miss Delaware Teen USA who lost her crown in a sex-tape scandal pleaded guilty to underage alcohol possession and was given a year of probation in Ocean City, Md.

Melissa King, 19, was cited in August after police found a bottle of rum in the truck she was driving, according to the Associated Press. Two months earlier, she was charged with theft for allegedly taking money from the cash box of a city bus.

Worcester County prosecutors in Ocean City dropped the theft charge Monday.

King, named Miss Delaware Teen USA last year, gave up her crown in February amid allegations that she appeared in an online sex video. King has denied appearing in the video.
