Biden: ‘America is not in decline!’

Vice President Joe Biden must be feeling pretty good about the job numbers that will be released tomorrow. . .

“America is not in decline. America is not a in decline,” Biden insisted. “I’ve got news for Governor Romney and Congressman Ryan…Gentlemen, its never, ever a good idea to bet against America.”
