During a campaign stop in Ohio, Vice President Joe Biden visited a group of Obama campaign volunteers who were making calls on behalf of the president.

According to the pool report, Biden explained that his mother taught him how to confront bullies by punching them in the nose.

“’Joey do it,’” Biden recounted her saying adding that when he did, the boy ran away crying.

“Joe, that’s how you did it at the debate, you showed that Paul Ryan.” an Obama volunteer Rodney Hillard responded after Biden finished his story.
