At a gun control rally in New Hampshire on Tuesday, the name of Tamerlan Tsarnaev, one of the Boston Marathon bombers, was read as one of those "killed by guns" among a list including the children killed during the Sandy Hook massacre. When Tsarnaev's name was read, the crowd booed and shouted, "He's a terrorist!"

Tsarnaev was killed by police (and his own brother running him over with a stolen SUV) during a shootout in a Boston suburb earlier this year. He had been identified as a suspect of the Boston Marathon bombing that occurred on April 15 and was found to have explosive devices on his person when he died. Al Qaeda's magazine "Inspire" is thought to have taught the suspect how to make the pressure-cooker bombs that killed three people and injured hundreds more.

The event was in support of the Mayors Against Illegal Guns movement that was founded by New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg.
