GOLDEN, Colo. (AP) — Boston Market Corp.'s chief brand officer is appearing on the next episode of "Undercover Boss" on CBS.

Sara Rosenberg Bittorf says she appreciated the chance to visit a Boston Market store in disguise to see what it's like to work there as opposed to corporate headquarters.

Her episode was taped after Thanksgiving. Following her experience carving chicken, working the drive-thru, and being a server/cashier, she says the Golden-based company is working to ensure employees take breaks and is establishing a fund to reward employees for ideas that Boston Market uses.

As a lefthander, Bittorf says she also wants to see if restaurant set-ups can be adapted for both left- and right-handed employees.
