Entertainment Tonight is reporting that Bradley Cooper is in talks to play disgraced cyclist Lance Armstrong in an upcoming biopic. The actor confirmed to ET that he was interested in the role. Paramount Pictures has control of the rights to "Cycle of Lies: The Fall of Lance Armstrong." J.J. Abrams company Bad Robot is producing the film.
