Brazil's President Blasts Obama And NSA Over Spying Scandal In UN Speech

Just before President Barack Obama delivered his remarks at the UN General Assembly, Brazil's president Dilma Rousseff issued a scathing rebuke of the National Security Agency's spying programs and called on the UN to establish a new global legal system to protect the "neutrality of the network, guided only by technical and ethical criteria".
