Bridge Scandal Not Hurting Christie's RGA Fundraising

Chris Christie administration apparently hasn’t hurt his ability to raise campaign cash. The Republican Governors Association, which Christie chairs, announced Tuesday it had raised $6 million in January, a record for the month – despite revelations that Christie’s aides caused traffic jams on the George Washington Bridge as apparent political payback. The haul is more than twice the RGA’s fundraising in any previous January, the group said in a news release.
