Matt Stover

The kicker set an NFL record when he made his 372nd straight extra point in the third quarter of the Ravens’ loss to the New York Giants on Sunday. Stover, in his 18th season, broke the mark shared by Jason Elam (1993-2002) and Jeff Wilkins (1999-2007). He started the streak in 1996 — the year the Ravens arrived in Baltimore from Cleveland — and has made 541-of-544 extra points in his career for a percentage of 99.4.. Stover also added a 38-yard field goal.

Brandon Jacobs

The running back rushed for 73 yards and two touchdowns on 11 carries against the league’s top-ranked rushing defense to power his team to a lopsided victory. Jacobs scored on two, one-yard runs in the first quarter to give his team a 13-0 lead after a missed extra point. Jacobs, however, fell 27 yards shy of becoming the first player to rush for at least 100 yards against the Ravens in the past 29 games.

Aaron Ross

The cornerback intercepted a pair of passes from rookie quarterback Joe Flacco, who hadn’t thrown in interception in the past four games. Ross made his second interception when he grabbed a pass that had deflected off receiver Derrick Mason and raced 50 yards for a touchdown. Ross made six tackles for a defense that yielded  just 275 yards.
