A bus driver was convicted in the deaths of four passengers killed in a 2011 crash in Virginia.

Kin Yiu Cheung was found guilty four counts of involuntary manslaughter by a Caroline County Circuit Court judge. He faces up to 40 years in prison and is scheduled to be sentenced on Jan. 23.

In May 2011, the Sky Express bus Cheung was driving ran off Interstate 95 about 30 miles north of Richmond, hit an embankment and overturned. Passengers testified that Cheung was driving erratically before the crash.
