Busch Gardens welcomes baby white rhino

TAMPA, Fla. (AP) — Busch Gardens has a new baby white rhinoceros.

The Tampa Bay park announced Tuesday that a female rhino was born weighing about 140 pounds.

The Tampa Tribune reports (http://bit.ly/TB2Qe4 ) this is the second calf born to mother Kisiri and the seventh to father Tambo. The newborn is also the seventh white rhino born at the park since October 2004.

No name has been given to the rhino.

The newborn has yet to be named.
