2: Arlington's rank on a new Bloomberg list of the richest and most single cities in America. Rankings were determined by the number of 15-64 year-olds who lived alone and had above-average incomes. A whopping 43 percent of Arlingtonians met those qualifications, with only Hoboken, N.J., besting them with 53 percent.
