$323,811: Amount of campaign funds lawmakers have spent at Johnny's Half Shell so far this year, according to an analysis of FEC filings by Roll Call. The figure easily bests Charlie Palmer's ($296,912) and Bobby Vans ($258,766). Members of Congress tended to stick to restaurants close to the Hill for fundraisers and other events, including Sonoma, Tortilla Coast and Matchbox. A few took chances on newer venues, including Cava Mezze and Hill Country Barbecue, where House Majority Leader Eric Cantor spent $9,000.
