$229,000: The magic number a Hollywood couple can pay to get the full VIP inauguration experience, according to the Hollywood Reporter. That total includes nine different events. The trade publication reported that between Christmas and New Year's, President Obama's Hollywood donors were emailed "a la carte" inauguration offerings. Tickets available included $15,000 for a Benefactors Brunch, $2,500 to attend the official Inaugural Ball's VIP reception and $250 for a parade seat.
