HONOLULU (AP) — Honolulu police say traffic lights are out in Waipahu after a car hit an electrical box.

The power outage occurred at 4:21 a.m. Thursday and it not known when power will be restored.

Police are urging drivers to be cautious and treat any intersections where traffic lights are out as four-way stops. Police officers also are being posted at intersections to help direct traffic.

Police say repair crews are on their way.
