Lionsgate's The Hunger Games: Catching Fire has the largest number of fans on Facebook and Twitter, 12.8 million combined, according to Wednesday numbers from ListenFirst. That's an impressive number, but it pales in comparison to the more than 37.4 million fans across Facebook and Twitter that Twilight boasted a year ago, when The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2 was in theaters. Still, Catching Fire managed to beat Breaking Dawn – Part 2's opening, showing that social media isn't everything.
