Congressional Black Caucus head, Rep. Emanuel Cleaver, D-Miss. gave Mitt Romney an “F-minus” for his NAACP speech this morning, after he vowed to repeal Obamacare.

"I don't know who is advising Governor Romney from the African-American perspective, but I would give him an F-minus on talking about Obamacare." Cleaver stated on MSNBC after the speech.

The NAACP audience booed Romney, after he made the remarks, but Cleaver said that he “didn’t support the booing.”

“I think that was inappropriate, but predictable when you start saying I’m going to eliminate something that the African-American community has embraced in numbers larger than any other component of the American society,” Cleaver said. “He should never have gone there in the first place.”

Cleaver also said he thought Romney deserved “an A” for attending the conference.
