Charlie Sheen wants to help others win 'Idol'

"It seems so out of the blue that it almost made perfect sense. I thought this could be a lot of fun. Seriously ... I'm genuinely interested. It's so different, it could be radical."

-- Charlie Sheen, talking to Ryan Seacrest on his radio show about the possibility of Sheen joining the judging panel on "American Idol." Sheen's revelation came about after both Steven Tyler and Jennifer Lopez left the judging table last week. At the moment, former "Idol" contestant Adam Lambert and singer Mariah Carey are names being thrown around to take the seats. Maybe Seacrest can put in a good word for Sheen with "Idol" brass...
