WASHINGTON (AP) -- Chief Justice John Roberts will swear in President Barack Obama for a second term later this month. The Presidential Inaugural Committee says Roberts will administer the oath of office at the White House on Jan. 20, as required under the Constitution. Since that's a Sunday, Roberts will also do the swearing-in at the public inaugural ceremony Jan. 21 at the U.S. Capitol....
