After hearing Chris Brown was having a hard time in there,it's not a surprise to hear his lawyer, Mark Geragos, has apparently found a way to get him out sooner rather than later. It seems Breezy's lawyer has contacted the lawyer for the man involved in the D.C. assault case. Geragos offered him a nice, cushy payday! Mark is reportedly hoping to get a civil settlement done in this case because if Breezy gets convicted of the crime, it would trigger a probation violation for his Rihanna case, which would then result in 4 years in jail! But with a settlement, the matter could instead result in the alleged assault victim telling prosecutors he's not interested in pursuing a criminal case. And if that happens, then prosecutors might drop the case, and the judge on the Rihanna case could let Breezy out of jail.
