Christie sneaks in a doughnut during David Letterman show appearance

During an appearance on the David Letterman show, New Jersey Governor Chris Christie surprised the audience by pulling a doughnut out of his pocket and taking a bite as Letterman began to question him about his weight.

“I’m basically the healthiest fat guy you’ve ever seen in your life,” Christie explained afterwards.

“That’s basically your campaign poster,” Letterman quipped.
