Christina Aguilera to be honored at the State Department

Singer Christina Aguilera will receive the George McGovern Leadership Award at the State Department Wednesday for her contributions to fighting hunger around the world. Aguilera serves as a United Nations World Food Program Ambassador Against Hunger. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is expected to speak. Past honorees include a number of lawmakers and business greats like Bill Gates and Howard Buffett.
