This slightly sweet and savoury side dish is perfect to serve along side many vegetable or meat stews. Really simple it can be on the table in less than 5 minutes. 1 cup (250 mL) water or vegetable broth ⅔ cup (170 mL) coucous ¼ tsp (1 mL) ground cinnamon ¼ tsp (1 mL) ground ginger
¼ cup (50 mL) golden raisins Method: Bring water or broth, cinnamon, ginger, and raisins to boil in medium saucepan on high heat. Stir in couscous, cover and remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes or until the liquid is absorbed. Fluff couscous with fork.
