All You Need: 2 tbsp (30 mL) olive oil 1 lb (500 g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips 1 cup (250 mL) diced onion 1 cup (250 mL) celery stalks, diced 1 pkg (28 g) Club House Cajun Chicken Flavourful Recipe Mix 3⁄4 cup (175 mL) rice 1 can (19 fl oz/540 mL) diced tomatoes with juice 1 cup (250 mL) water 1 green bell pepper, diced All You Do Heat oil in large skillet over med-hi heat and brown chicken. Add onions, celery and seasoning. Cook until soft, about 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Stir in rice, tomatoes and water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 20-25 minutes. Stir in bell peppers halfway through cooking.
