CNN snap poll: Paul Ryan 48, Biden 44

According to the CNN post debate snap poll, Paul Ryan scored 48 percent, while Vice President Joe Biden scored 44 percent.

“Clearly a tie,  a draw,” Wolf Blitzer explained, noting the +-5 point margin of error.

Fifty one percent said that Ryan did better than they expected.
