Columbus Blue Jackets activate D Jack Johnson

COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) — The Columbus Blue Jackets have activated defenseman Jack Johnson, who missed the last four games with a shoulder injury.

Johnson was hurt during a Feb. 23 game at St. Louis.

In 18 games this season, Johnson has one goal and seven assists with six penalty minutes. He also ranks fourth in the NHL with an average of 26:13 on the ice.

The 26-year-old, acquired in a trade with the Los Angeles Kings on Feb. 23, 2012, has five goals and 17 assists in 39 games as a Blue Jacket and 35 goals and 111 assists in 382 career games with Columbus and Los Angeles.
