In a clear sign that the AAP government was buckling, the Congress and the BJP joined together to paralyze the Delhi assembly Thursday, forcing Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal to say he will quit if his attempts to pass the Jan Lokpal anti-corruption bill failed Friday. In a dramatic U-turn from the time the Congress mocked the Bharatiya Janata Party for extending critical support to Kejriwal on Dec 28, the two parties together taunted the chief minister and his party.
