Conservative lawmakers preparing for the next big budget clash with the White House over raising the debt ceiling are ready to play "Let's Make A Deal" with President Obama.

Rep. Steve King, Iowa Republican, is suggesting that the GOP force Obama to give in and back passage of a Balanced Budget Amendment that could be sent to the states for ratification. He called it the "ultimate bargain of letting the debt rise again."

And he wouldn't stop there. King told the Heritage Foundation's Bloggers Briefing that he would also try to win from Obama the elimination of funding for Planned Parenthood and cuts to Obamacare funding.
