"I believe in you. I know this is a problem you can handle."

-- Newark, N.J., Mayor Cory Booker responding to a constituent's plea about "running out of hotpockets to put in the oven." The mayor has used Twitter to update Newark residents on public transportation and when power might be turned back on to various sections of the city after Hurricane Sandy. He also offered up his house, complete with a DVD player, to guests. "I'm having lunch delivered for the 12 or so of you hanging at my place," he tweeted Thursday, also checking in with them to make sure they had DVDs to watch.
