While the legal battle rages on between Apple and Samsung, courts have ruled that Google may continue selling the Samsung made Galaxy Nexus. Apple had filed an injunction against the sale of the phone, but it has been suspended once before, and this time until at least August 20th.Apple and Samsung's legal war centers around the claim that Samsung used plans of Apple's iPhone as a shortcut to creating its galaxy line. Samsung has responded to this by saying that it had its designs before Apple's phone was ever released.The Galaxy Nexus is the flagship phone for Google's recently released Jelly Bean, the most recent version of the Android phone operating system.
