On this day, Dec. 17, in 1986, notorious contract killer Richard "The Iceman" Kuklinski was arrested at a New Jersey truck stop. Kuklinski has taken credit for more than 100 murders, including that of union boss Jimmy Hoffa, whose body has never been found.
