D.C. police have arrested a man in connection to a fatal shooting that occurred early Saturday morning.
Cedric Spicer, 24, of Northwest has been charged with Murder One while Armed in the shooting death of Joseph Hardin, 30, of Alexandria.
Police say Hardin was shot around 1:30 a.m. Saturday morning in the 1900 block of 9th Street NW. Police found Hardin shot in the head.
