WILMINGTON, Del. (AP) — A Newark woman has been sentenced to nearly five years in prison for operating websites through which she sold pirated software.

Thirty-five-year-old Jamie Lynn Snyder was also ordered to pay more than $1 million in restitution at sentencing Thursday.

Prosecutors say between 2008 and 2010, Snyder sold nearly 25,000 copies of pirated software.
