Rep. Diana DeGette D-Colo. reveals to the Huffington Post that she plans to introduce a House bill to ban high-capacity ammunition magazines when Congress returns to Washington next year.

According to the report, the bill, if passed, would limit magazines, belts, drums, feed strips to only 10 rounds of ammunition and prohibit the sale or transfer of existing magazines.
