An unmanned Russian rocket veered off course and crashed in Kazakhstan on Tuesday after a failed launch. The crash sent a cloud of highly-toxic orange fumes toward the Kazakh city of Baikonur (said Bay conner) just 50 miles away. The rocket was carrying a payload of three communications satellites worth nearly 200 million dollars.
