Drew Barrymore is officially a mom.
The "Charlie's Angels" star and her husband, Will Kopelman, welcomed their first child -- a daughter -- Wednesday.
"We are proud to announce the birth of our daughter, Olive Barrymore Kopelman, born Sept. 26th, healthy, happy and welcomed by the whole family," the couple said in a statement.
The birth of Olive marks the first time Drew has acknowledged her pregnancy -- although she's hinted at it many times.
Drew, 37, and Will, 35, an art consultant, began dating in 2010 and wed in June. Earlier this year, the actress said she was ready to start a family.
"We'll start with one," she said on "The Tonight Show." "See how it goes and if we could be so blessed ... that would be wonderful."
Seth MacFarlane tapped as host of Academy Awards
Looks like the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences wants to make a splash at this year's Oscars.
Since the 2010 hosts, Anne Hathaway and James Franco, were a major flop, they're going with a guy guaranteed to get laughs ... who isn't Billy Crystal or Steve Martin.
"Family Guy" creator Seth MacFarlane has been announced as host for the 85th Academy Awards.
"Seth is unbelievably talented," said academy president Hawk Koch. "We couldn't be happier with the creative team we've assembled."
The man with a thousand voices seemed equally happy with being chosen.
"It's truly an overwhelming privilege to be asked to host the Oscars," he said. "My thoughts upon hearing the news were, one, I will do my utmost to live up to the high standards set forth by my predecessors; and two, I hope they don't find out I hosted the Charlie Sheen Roast."
Breckin Meyer splits with wife of more than ten years
"Franklin & Bash" star Breckin Meyer and his wife, screenwriter Deborah Kaplan, have called it quits.
The pair wed in 2001 and have one child together, an 8-year-old daughter.
Deborah co-wrote and co-directed "Can't Hardly Wait" and "Josie and the Pussycats" -- both films in which Breckin starred.
An Us Weekly source says this isn't new. "They've been split up for months."
